There are over 22 bears at this rescue, who have all been rescued for different reasons but all have one common goal - to live out their life happily and healthily. These bears are unable to live in the wild because they have been either zoo animals, circus animals or peoples “pets”, so they aren’t fit to fend for themselves. Rescues such as these are so important to the safety of bears across the globe. This was hands down the highlight of my trip.
